[horde] IMP Charset Issue

Hi,

As far as I know, IMP can display the messages from different charsets.  The following message cannot display properly inside IMP but a lot messy characters.

I have updated to the very latest version of horde software and installed all locales in the server.  Also, I have tried changing the decoding scheme with my browser Safari from UTF-8 to Simplified Chinese, but still cannot work.  Can anyone give me advice on the issue?
