Hi,
Moodle is working that way.
I agree that it might not look like a good idea at first, but when I need to
change some settings in Moodle after a couple of months not touching it, a
appreciate that feature.
Everybody knows how many parameters there are in Horde. I think that it's
one of the strength of Horde. But it's easy to get confused with so many
parameters in the UI to know what you have already changed in the past. So
displaying the default value would help figuring out what has been
customized. However, this feature won't be very interesting for "black-belt"
Horde admin :)
In short, I agree with Anant.
