[horde] Check_perms in Registry.php and EMERG User is not authorised

Hello,

My horde.log is filled all the three second with this error :

EMERG: HORDE [horde] User is not authorized [pid 22349 on line 1547 of  
"/www/horde5/pear/php/Horde/Registry.php

I added in Registry.php :    Horde::debug($GLOBALS['registry']->getAuth());

Thanks to this method I got in horde_debug.txt more informations as below :
