[horde] Duplicate calendar entries via ActiveSync on Samsung mobiles - fixed?

So far, the only difference I see is that Tine takes the incoming  
calendar entry, which is marked "not a meeting", and changes it to "is  
a meeting", though I doubt that this is related.
