[horde] New appointment - default time should not be exact time

Hello together,

I have a question regarding a peculiar UI behavior with the kronolith
component.

If you create a new appointment at 7:24pm, then start time is set to
7:24pm. Does that make sense?

Wouldn't it be better to set the default time to the next quater, half
or full hour, depending on what you have set as the grid. In this
example: 7:30pm for a 30min grid.

Normally the datetime (range) is changed after creation.

However, if you create an appointment by double-clicking in the
calendar, then the time is set on an exact 1-hour period.

What's your opinion, should this be improved? Thanks for your feedback.
