[horde] recent GIT ignores tmpdir and cachedir settings

Hi Michael,

I understand and that's fine for me as there are only 3  
"horde_registry_cache_*" and 2 "horde_autoloader_cache_*" files.
What about those >7000 "cache_*" files?
In previous versions those where stored in
$conf['cache']['params']['dir'] = '/.../horde/static';
