First of all it would be very helpful if you tried to answer in
context. Your "reply" to several mails is extremely hard to read.

What forum are you talking about? This is a mailing list. And the
developers of horde for sure helped people in setting a site up. Read
the archives of the list and you'll see what they did. They offer
consultancy for companies if you pay them. So the pretty sure know how
to set up horde properly.

If the same question is discussed over and over there is hardly a
chance that if you ask for 101st time the opinions of all developers
and all users change. Reading the archives and searching for your
problem *before* posting is usual in mailing list (even in forums).

Nobody forced you to upgrade. Things were of course nice in Windows
3.11 (replace this by an arbitrary old-fashioned OS or window manager)
but I guess nobody seriously uses it anymore.

Feel free to change the source of your installation. By the way I
think *you* are the only one who thinks that it "looks like a trash
can of Horde e-mail". Maybe it is better for you to switch over to
another webmailer, maybe Microsoft Exchange is an option for you? I'm
sure that the developers at Microsoft are more kind concerning your
special wishes.
