[horde] Error in communicating with ActiveSync server: Folder not found in cache.

hi,

one of our outlook EAS clients got stuck syncing mails, outlook status
display switches rapidly between "All folders are up to date." and
"Waiting for server response...". horde is logging lots of

I can replicate this situation by clicking on "Remove" in "ActiveSync
Devices" for a test outlook EAS client. is there any way to fix this
from the server side, i.e. resetting the cache/sync somehow so outlook
will be happy again?
