On a fresh install of Horde Groupware 5.1.4, this appears to be at
least the default behaviour for Dynamic view.  I can confirm that
"Right Click -> Blacklist" from the message list is there, but when a
message is opened (via double-click) there's no visible option for
Blacklist, nor have I found one with some poking around.  The
"Blacklist" option is there in Basic view, but my understanding is
that's deprecated and may be removed entirely in IMP v6.2.

Am I missing a config option somewhere?
