[horde] horde-db-migrate - order of migration steps execution

I created an empty database and did /usr/bin/horde-db-migrate. Not all
the tables were created: namely tables for kronolith, nag and ansel were
not created because of the error:

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table
'horde_start.rampage_types' doesn't exist

I found one has to do:

/usr/bin/horde-db-migrate content

first and then:

/usr/bin/horde-db-migrate

to get all the tables done.

So, you have to find a way to do rampage* tables before the other ones
in case somebody needs to start from scratch.
