[horde] Default template

I think he is asking for a way to automatically link the "Create New  
Message" button to an existing template.  Which makes sense, although  
it might not be that simple to implement (probably can't use  
Mailbox/UID combo since there is no guarantee that will remain the  
same across accesses).
