[horde] Auto responder plugin

Hi

I have installed the Ingo with the Horde correctly. The status of the
application shows "Application is Ready". Please see

http://awesomescreenshot.com/0892ruud95

However there are no options for the "Auto responder". I thought Ingo
will avail an option for auto responder once it is installed. But
nothing shows at Mail >> Filters. See

http://awesomescreenshot.com/03c2rusr1d

Is there anything I am missing.. ?

I hope the installation is correct according to the Doc
http://www.horde.org/apps/ingo/docs/INSTALL

Please guide me to set auto responder with the Ingo application. The
"Auto responder" function is my ultimate goal, I am ready to take any
effort to get that.

Thanks in advance for looking into it.
Leo
