[horde] Problem with iPhone (iOS 7.1) and ActiveSync 2.15.1

Also broken here (with an Android client though). After upgrading to  
ActiveSync 2.15.1 initially synchronization worked, but after a few  
hours it stopped. I have a sync log, which I will send in an off-list  
message.
