[horde] remove ansel generated files

There is a CLI script in ansel/bin/ansel. Also note that if you are  
just looking to remove orphaned files you can use the gc script in the  
same directory instead. Otherwise you are putting unnecessary load on  
your server to regenerate the thumbnails.
