The only "server" which i ever heard Outlook 2013 is working with EAS
ist "outlook.com". All other ActiveSync services like german Telekom
(Sync Plus) i'm aware have difficulties to even get e-mail synced and
MS does not support Outlook 2013 to connect to Exchange Server with
EAS to my knowledge. For me it looks like Outlook EAS may be usable
with Outlook 2016 and later :-(
