[horde] Additional PEAR modules - do I need them?

- Autoloader_Cache is documented in INSTALL.
- Mail_Autoconfig is used by IMP 6.2's automatic remote account configuration
- The minifiers are used to, well, minify CSS and JS files.
- Anything else is either deprecated or rarely used.
