[horde] JS is damaging links after some time (Was: After update: Handler for imp does not exist)

Hi again!

I tested more, also tested with IE instead of FF, and found out more:
It's not server-side, it's a client side problem and not limited to
IMP or Kronolith. Some Javascript is putting a
"/services/ajax.php/horde" in front of every url in the top menu. The
link to the administrations config-page "/admin/config" is changed
into "/services/ajax.php/horde/admin/config" for example, causing the
same error.

Reloading the page, and all the links are fine. Waiting for a few
minutes, and the links have the "/services/ajax.php/horde" in front of
them again.

Works in Firefox 30 and IE 11.
