[horde] cancel wipe as normal user - A fatal error has occurred

If I want cancel a wipe as normal user with the  "Cancel Wipe" button I get this error:

A fatal error has occurred 
Permission Denied 
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Is this a bug or a config error on my setup?

Interesting as well, the wipe doesn't work, but thats an other story.  
Wipe it now with to much wrong pins ;-)
