[horde] Tasks Appearing on Horde from one phone but not another

Oh, I wish.   mysql-upgrade doesn't work, nor does myisamchk or any other
command I've tried.

Right, well that solves it, then.  As long as this is expected, then I'm
back to thinking that Horde is awesome.
