[horde] Still encoding problems

Hello,

i am expierencing problems when replying to html-mails with  
"special-chars" sent from outlook with horde. Attached you will find 3  
Messages, i replied to the same mail with different mua


imp-sent.eml (replied using imp) - > all special chars scrambled
as-sent.eml  (replied using android active sync through horde)- > some  
special chars ok, some not
thunderbird-sent.eml (replied using thunderbird) -> all fine


Groupware 5.2.1,
PHP Version 5.4.31-1~dotdeb.1

It worked before upgrading to Groupware 5.2

Any hints? Thank you.
