[horde] Moving Signature Up in Replies

I tried using a template for each e-mail but this only works when I am the
originator of the e-mail, not for replies.  When I copy and past the
signature, it destroys any formatting from the signature.

It seems like such an easy change that is keeping me from being able to use
Horde as my primary e-mail.  Bummed.
