[horde] Moving Signature Up in Replies

  Oh yeah, all of these MUA's are TOFU based.  These MUA's comprise 99.9%
of the MUA's people in the U.S. use whether it be educational, business,
professional, government, social sites, judicial, etc.  Hence everyone who
uses these MUA's expects TOFU and why it is so odd that Horde doesn't at
least have it as an option.  Different cultures for different countries, I
guess.  It just looks "foreign" (get it a play on the word "foreign"
because no one from the U.S. knows anything but TOFU.)
