[horde] Whups attachment (upload on ticket create step) results in 0 kb / broken file

Hi,

if I create a new ticket and add in this step a attachment it is
broken when I download it after the ticket was created.
Add the same attachment on the first ticket comment (and all followed
comments) work as expected.

What can go so wrong if I attach the file in the ticket create step?
Any idea?

Samuel
