I do not know the answer to your question.

I worked on this some this past weekend and so far I am not having any 
luck getting the Debian CKEditor 4.4.4 package to work in the Imp 
compose window.  I have resolved and documented a couple of missing sym 
links to get all the files loaded.

At this point with all the requested files loaded I am not sure what the 
problem is.  The js console does not indicate an obvious error, but the 
editor does not come up.

At this point my plan is to give one more try this week at fixing this 
with the Debain CKEditor package.  If I am not successful with that then 
I will figure out what sym links I need to change to use the Horde 
CKEditor code.
