[horde] No more color labels and sorting by label in Mnemo

It seems that Categories by some grave accident are replaced by  
stupid, unmanaged tags, depriving the ability to have the list of the  
notes sorted by categories (themes). Now my notes look like a pile of  
unlabelled paper scraps.

How can I downgrade the installation to Horde 5.1.5/mnemo 4.1.3 etc  
where the is not a sign of "tags"?
