[horde] Whups install from pear fails

The package.xml is broken. Fixed:
http://github.com/horde/horde/commit/ea62a7756859ad22707d9544456f1c941bf4ad1d
You will either need to build a snapshot yourself, manually edit the
package.xml in the tgz file, or wait for the next version of whups.
