[horde] Move Horde to other Dir

Moving horde AFTER installation is not supported by pear.
You can however follow the "separate pear" instructions in the
installation docs to install horde to a separate PEAR dir in the first
place. Or have multiple of these.

But it's tricky and you need to follow the docs closely. Do not follow
some outdated howto's from 3rd party websites or you will most probably
mess up things.
