[horde] [Horde 5.3.0-git + pgsql + dovecot + debian7 + apache2] No applications on a fresh install

[Aramir Galanodonel]

But as I said preivously, I had no conf.php.dist in the apps's config folder.
I had only one conf.php.dist, and it was in the horde/config folder.
