[horde] [Horde 5.3.0-git + pgsql + dovecot + debian7 + apache2] No applications on a fresh install

Applications do not have a default config. You must generate them via the UI. 

Also,  be sure you have read Ll the instructions on the horde website  
for installing via git. Especially the part about running install_dev  
and setting the Web and application root.
