[horde] ActiveSync server search mails - newest first?

Hi,
search for mails on the server via ActiveSync load first the old mails  
on my device.

For example, my default sync is 7 days and now I looking for a mail 2  
weeks ago.
Now my device show me 800 mails in the search result and start loading  
with mails from 2012.

Is this a issue of my device?
Moto G / Android 4.4.4
