[horde] document root location changes after upgrade with pear

Hi,

When updating horde from 5.2.4 to 5.2.5 with pear, the document root  
location changes from '/var/www/horde' to '/usr/share/php/www/horde'. 
Everything except the custom made configuration files was moved to the 
new document root. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
