[horde] document root location changes after upgrade with pear

Hi,

Solved my problem which was due to my own carelessness. The document 
root "moved" because I forgot to copy my .pearrc file to my /home before 
using pear, so it was run with default settings leading the document 
root "moving" to the wrong place.
