It's gone. I clicked through the Webmail User Settings and  
unchecked/checked boxes.
The one box I suspect it helped was:
Welcher Nachrichtenteil soll angezeigt werden, wenn eine Nachricht  
alternative Textansichten hat?
Where I set from text to HTML.

I also found "@page { margin: 2cm }   P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm }"  
when inspecting elements of imp new mail.
