[horde] Howto do a full horde groupware backup of user data (email, calendar, address books, notes...)

I think Wolf's intention is to provide data for users, if something goes 
wrong. Say, an user deletes one calendar accidently. So one can restore 
that calendar somehow. If you make a complete backup, you need to setup 
another instance and export the data from there. It would be easier, if 
there would be a backup of that calendar alone.

I would like to backup a single user's data before I remove the user from 
Horde, in case to restore the data quickly, if the user returns.
