[horde] Several questions with IMP and CKEDITOR

Thanks for your answer.
I have tested the problem with the following systems.
Firefox 37.3 linux No tittles
Firefox 36.0 linux (Ubuntu) No tittles
Firefox 37.0 Linux (Mint) Yes
Firefox 26.0 Windows 7 Yes
Internet Explorer 11 Windows 7 Yes
Firefox 5.0.1 Windows XP Yes
Internet Explorer 8 Windows Yes

Our versions of Horde
IMP 6.2.2
Horde 5.2.1
Kronolith 4.2.2
Turba 4.2.2
Ingo 3.2.1
Mnemo 4.2.1
Nag 4.2.1
