[horde] horde_registry_cache_* file always appears in /tmp

Hello Gentlemen.
I've configured cache settings like this:
$conf['cache']['driver'] = 'File';$conf['cache']['params']['dir'] = '/pub/horde/temp';$conf['tmpdir'] = '/pub/horde/temp';

But mentioned in subject line file still appears in system /tmp directory. Is this right behaviour and how to move it to location specified in configuration.
