[horde] Horde Webmail on FreeBSD 10

Hello,

Is anyone running Horde Webmail edition 5 on FreeBSD 10.x via ports
install? If so, I'm wanting to know how to get the database created
for the preference container that webmail needs? I've got the imap,
smtp, and http servers all going. It's webmail. I've also read that
Horde webmail has three separate interfaces, how does one select
between them and are they a user preference?
