Upgrading with PEAR creates a dependency error message for several Horde
applications:

    horde/mnemo requires package "horde/content" (version >= 2.0.5, version
<= 3.0.0alpha1, excluded versions: 3.0.0alpha1), installed version is 2.0.4
    horde/kronolith requires package "horde/content" (version >= 2.0.5,
version <= 3.0.0alpha1, excluded versions: 3.0.0alpha1), installed version
is 2.0.4
    horde/nag requires package "horde/content" (version >= 2.0.5, version
<= 3.0.0alpha1, excluded versions: 3.0.0alpha1), installed version is 2.0.4
  (And some others.)

When I try to upgrade horde/content with pear install horde/content, I'm
told that:

     horde/content is already installed and is the same as the released
version 2.0.4
     install failed

It looks like something might be broken (again?) when files are packaged
to the PEAR repository.
