[horde] Kronolith and nag reminders not sent with event title

This is what is shown when the user has Horde_Perms::SHOW permissions  
only. As to why this just started happening for you, I'm not sure.  
There were a few changes related to checking for this permission in  
one of the recent releases, but only for Dav access. Has anything else  
changed?
