[horde] CardDAV with Icedove 38.4.0

I tried with the addon you suggested, but I was not able to validate the
access. I've used these settings:

Type: CardDAV

URL:
https://<domain>/rpc.php/addressbooks/dbareiro/contacts~<some_string>/
(CardDAV Subscription URL)

Username and password: the same used to login in Horde.


But when attempting to validate I get "Validation failed". I have also
tried using the "CardDAV Account URL" and "WebDAV URL" but I neither was
able to validate access in these cases.
