You can get my other themes at http://eph.dk/horde-addons/
The "All in one" file has an installer that will check and install as
needed.
Just unpack into a temporary folder and read the text files.

I am currently occupied in real life difficulties. So I have not been able
to make new themes as I use to.
I hope to get back soon.
