[horde] Unable to attach files in Whups

to tell you the truth it's been years since I have configured a fresh 
Horde installation from scratch, but if SQL is now a default VFS backend 
then yes, that's a terrible choice. Unless you are running clustered 
server or other "fancy" configuration there is absolutely no reason to 
store files in the database. Filesystems are for that. And even if you are 
using the same database for different nodes, there are other ways to 
achieve the same result (NFS, etc.).
