One suggestion if you are not able to share the log details would be  
to set up a new empty account, create an event or two, some emails,  
and a contact or two so that somethng is there to sync. Then you can  
share the log file. That will also rule out a few things for  
troubleshooting if that syncs ok or doesn't...
