Neither domain has MX records in DNS, only A records. While this
should theoretically not stop e-mail from being delivered, in practive
many systems will refuse to relay mail to such domains. But since
there doesn't seem to be a mailserver listening (connect to
*video.digital*[69.172.201.153]:25: Connection timed out) it will
remain in the outbound queue until Postfix gives up and returns a
non-delivery notification.
