[horde] Issues concerning Active Sync + Win 10 Standard Calendar/Mail App

There is some bug/feature/issue with the Mail.app on Windows 10 where  
if you require provisioning, the account you are logged into must be a  
local account, and not a Microsoft account. You have to at least setup  
the Mail account as a local account, and then you can switch the  
account type to a Microsoft account.
