[horde] Whups ticket creation: thrown back to Step 1

Hi

I just installed Horde and whups, but when I create a new Ticket I can 
choose the queu but when I choose the type, it always throws me back to 
step 1.

I installed Horde 5.2.14 and whups 3.0.9 on Debian 8 with PHP 5.6.
