I have deleted horde/whups/config/conf.php. Now the menu items have  
disappeared. Now the users get no more error messages. That's ok. But  
they can not use a ticket system either. That's is not so ok.

  Now I wanted to turn whups back on. I have called the configuration  
as admin and then saved. Now I have again the same problem as before.
