[horde] TREAN: Editing bookmarks results in error

Hi all,
this has sleep for a while now, and after the last update (=> 5.2.22) it 
is back on my list.
I started to x-check all the points.
I have mod rewrite enabled and loaded:

I do have tried these two (separately) in the sites-enabled conf file:

Nevertheless the rewrite does not seem to be processed.
I edit an existing bookmark, change anything and click on save and I get:
