[horde] Multifactor authentication using RSA Token or Card Reader

items, it's rather low on my todo list.

For RSA, as far as I can tell from experience as user, there must be a
PAM/unix consumer. So you can probably use the horde PAM backend. I
haven't set up this myself. Do you have a working RSA/PAM environment
for testing?
