I did some preliminary work on a TOTP auth driver, but as the interested
customer did not fund it and spare time is already reserved for other
items, it's rather low on my todo list.
For RSA, as far as I can tell from experience as user, there must be a
PAM/unix consumer. So you can probably use the horde PAM backend. I
haven't set up this myself. Do you have a working RSA/PAM environment
for testing?

Yes and No. I do have a PAM environment set up, but not a RSA yet. My first step is to get this working with the card reader, then try to do the RSA. I cannot find instructions on how to set up Horde to use PAM authentication.
